How long will it take for the package to arrive?

What if my package never arrived?

What can I do if I receive a damaged item?

If the packages are damaged, please take pictures and sent them to our customer service team, we make sure that the product we send you is in good shape, big collision probability because of transit damage, as a responsible company, we will bear part of the loss for our customers, we will according to the damage situation, part of the refund to your original account.

What if the items I receive are not the right size for me?

Please put it forward to our customer service team within one week after receiving the products. We will put forward solutions according to your specific situation. We provide an exchange service. Please get the return label from our customer service team first. When we receive the goods and confirm that the goods will not affect our secondary sales, we will re-send the suitable products for you again.
