How long will it take for the package to arrive ？
We are committed to delivering packages to our customers as quickly as possible, usually within 5-7 working days under normal conditions (but some bad weather, due to the serious COVID-19 situation, or the delivery carrier delay, there will be 3-5 days delay. we’ll follow the package until it arrives. Normally, packages will be delivered in no more than 10 working days.
What if my package never arrived?
If you do not receive the tracking number of your packages, please contact our customer service first.
If you have a tracking number, but the status of your packages has not been updated for a long time, please contact our customer service team, as the shipper, we’ll contact the express courier to ask the parcel state, If the packages already on the way, just delay, please wait patiently, usually, no more than 3-5 days delay.
If the tracking status says it’s arrived, but you don’t have the package, Look for a notice of attempted delivery. Some carriers will leave a notice if delivery was not successful. See if someone else accepted the delivery. Contact neighbors (Mis-delivery is very common)
If all possible causes have been tried and a considerable amount of time has waited, the package still hasn’t been found. Please report a missing courier package, file a help request, and submit a missing mail claim. contact our service team, we’ll find a satisfied solution for you.
