How long will it take for the package to arrive?
We strive to deliver packages to customers as quickly as possible, typically within 5-7 business days under normal conditions. However, factors such as extreme weather or carrier delays may cause an additional 3-5 day delay. We’ll track the package until it arrives. In most cases, packages will be delivered within no more than 10 business days.
What if my package never arrived?
If you don’t receive a tracking number for your package, please contact our customer service first.
If you have a tracking number but the package status hasn’t been updated for a while, please reach out to our customer service team. As the shipper, we’ll contact the courier to check the package status. If the package is just delayed, please wait patiently, usually for no more than an additional 3-5 days.
If the tracking status shows it’s arrived but you haven’t received the package, look for a delivery attempt notice. Some carriers leave a notice if delivery was unsuccessful. Check if someone else accepted the delivery. You can also contact your neighbors, as mis-delivery is quite common.
If you’ve tried all possible solutions and waited a reasonable amount of time but still can’t find the package, please report it as a missing courier package, file a help request, and submit a missing mail claim. Contact our service team, and we’ll work to find a satisfactory solution for you.
Is there a discount for bulk or multiple purchases?
Yes, you’ll get a discount for bulk or multiple purchases. We typically offer a 5%-15% discount based on the quantity of products you purchase. Please contact our service team to obtain your coupon code.
